TURN AROUND TIME

• All of our graphic tees are made to order, just for you! 
  
• Please expect a turnaround time of at least 5-7 business days. However, on occasion, additional time may be needed due to high order volume.
• In order to better serve you, some items may be shipped in multiple packages.

SHIPPING POLICY

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  Once an order leaves our warehouse, we lose control over it's whereabouts and speediness of delivery. If your package appears to be lost/stolen or damaged, please contact USPS or UPS directly.
• We are not responsible for any customs duties or import tax.
• Please double-check your address and be sure it is correct. We cannot replace or refund merchandise shipped to the wrong address or marked as undeliverable. If your item is returned to us and you wish us to resend it, please contact us for a reship invoice.

CANCELLATIONS

• We are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed.  Please be sure your address and sizing selections are correct prior to check out.
